Our Team

Ron & Lucy are the proud parents of 3 children and are actively involved in their community. Ron has been involved in Hamilton youth soccer his entire life, first as a player, then a coach and now as a proud parent/supporter. He was awarded the MHYSC Coach of the Year Award in 2015 & the Distinguished Sport Volunteer Award for soccer in 2018 by the City of Hamilton. Lucy has volunteered for the Children’s Reading Club, School pizza programs and participated in numerous school trips as a chaperone. She was awarded the Volunteer Excellence Award from the HWDSB in 2013

Ronald Little

Ron has been involved in the financial services industry for over 20 years. During the early stages of his career he worked in the head office of an industry leading insurance and investment provider.

The opportunity to work directly with Actuaries, Underwriters and Company Executives has provided him with the in-depth understanding that, when combined with his experience gained over may years working directly with clients, enables him to identify and develop strategies that not only meet but often exceed his client’s goals and objectives.

Ron runs his business as he does his life - with Honesty, Integrity & Empathy. These principles are the foundation for the lasting relationships that Ron enjoys with his clients and are so necessary throughout life’s journeys.

Ron is an Investment Fund Advisor with Investia Financial Services Inc.

Lucy Little

Lucy worked as a Preventive Dental Assistant and Treatment Plan Co-ordinator for 15 years before choosing to be a stay home Mom for her 3 children. In 2013, once her children became old enough Lucy joined her Husband Ron on the Little Financial Team as Office Administrator.

Her ability to multi-task (from her years of keeping a large family organized), attention to detail and excellent organizational skills have seen Lucy implement and maintain a technology-based client management system and compliance program, while ensuring our clients receive prompt and courteous service. Her contributions continue to bring unparalleled efficiency to our operations.
